Thought I'd share with you some of my lovely crafty christmas gifts :)

Ribbon Storage unit from CraftMates
The individual slots can be removed to allow for wider ribbons

Lovely selection of quilting & craft books

Accuquilt Go! cutter... an upgrade to my Go! Baby
Two new Go! cutter dies, double wedding ring & dresden plate
Two new mats for the cutter, both for use with the new dies
Accuquilt toast rack.... well it looks like a toast rack but it's to store all of my dies in :)

Hexagon Garden quilt kit from The Quilt Room, Dorking

Hopefully throughout 2012 you'll see some of the above in use.

Happy stitching ;)

New Fabric Storage & New Stash

Finally I have my new storage units all up & running & most of my fabrics have been transferred over from the many boxes that were in my sewing room/under the bed/in the cupboard etc etc. Almost everything in one place.... bliss. Thought I'd share a picture of the chaos before & the tidyness after.

While I was putting all the fabric into the nice new towers it gave me chance to look at some of the upcoming projects that I have to work on. Not all of them have a particular pattern or purpose as yet but all are grouped toghether ready for me to "play" with. Here is just a few of them.

Also... making their debut into my fabric stash is my lovely new items from The Quilt Room, Dorking. Myself & friend Franney headed off last week to Dorking to check out the sale at TQR & see if we could bag ourselves any bargains. Once we'd done the sale portion of the store we couldn't leave without having a good look at everything else & this is what I came out with.

Bag of Red Strip Scraps
2 x Heather Bailey Charm Packs
1 Red Charm Pack

12 Days of Christmas Fabric Panel
2 x Quilt Stencils
5 x Fat Quarters

Fandango Layer Cake, Charm Pack & Jelly Roll
The Jelly Roll will be split between myself & Franney for a workshop that we're going to be doing at my quilt group, Shirley Quilters.

Happy Stitching :-)
